Attorney General Discloses Inquiry into Trump Adversaries and Jeffrey Epstein Links
This past Friday, Pam Bondi appointed interim US attorney Jay Clayton to oversee an probe into opponents of the President and their links with the late financier. This move came hours after Trump instructed her to begin the investigation.

This development contrasts with a July memo from justice department officials which stated that the Epstein files lacked grounds for additional investigations. According to the document, authorities “did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties”
